Traci serves as both an Intake Specialist and Legal Assistant at Moses and Rooth Attorneys at Law, where she plays a critical role in managing and organizing initial client inquiries and guiding clients through the early stages of the legal process. She is often a client’s first point of contact, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism, clarity, and care.
With prior experience at the Orange County Clerk’s Office, Traci brings a strong working knowledge of court procedures and administrative processes, allowing her to efficiently support case progression and assist attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case. Her background provides valuable insight into navigating the court system and maintaining accurate, well-organized case files.
Known as a true “people person,” Traci is highly skilled at building rapport and putting clients at ease. Her compassionate approach and attention to detail help clients gain a clear understanding of their legal matters, what to expect next, and how their case will proceed. She is dedicated to creating a smooth, informed, and supportive client experience from the very beginning.
Outside of the office, Traci enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. Her favorite way to unwind, however, is curling up with a good book and getting lost in a great story.
