Attorney Jay R. Rooth served as a panel Attorney for the Federal Bar Association, Orlando Chapter and the Bench Bar Fund of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, participating in an in-depth discussion focused on the practical and strategic aspects of federal criminal defense practice.
