
Andrew was born and raised in South Florida before moving to Gainesville to attend college. After graduating with Bachelors Degree in Political Science he was accepted into law school at the University of Florida’s Levin School of Law. While attending law school Andrew realized he wanted to dedicate his time to criminal law and entered participated in a clinic with the State Attorney’s Office in Alachua County.
Andrew is a seasoned criminal defense attorney and co-founder of Moses and Rooth Attorneys at Law. He has dedicated his entire career to criminal law, starting at the State Attorney’s Office in Orange and Osceola Counties before entering private practice.
Andrew handles all State and Federal Criminal Cases including DUI, drug cases, sex crimes, and white-collar criminal cases. In addition, Andrew handles cases prior to arrest and indictment. He believes that getting involved before cases are being prosecuted can assist in resolving cases and even convince the prosecution to not move file charges.
