Dan is a former federal agent and federal prosecutor who specializes in defending clients investigated or charged with federal crimes throughout the United States.  He also has extensive experience defending clients charged with serious or complex state charges such as murder, money laundering, drug trafficking, firearms, sex crimes, asset forfeiture, whistleblower, bank fraud, racketeering, embezzlement, foreign corrupt practices act, healthcare fraud, immigration offenses and tax fraud. Dan’s former experience as a Federal Prosecutor provides unparalleled experience for our clients.  As a federal prosecutor, Dan handled and tried some of the most complex criminal cases in Federal Court.  Dan received some of the highest recognition as a Federal Prosecutor from the Office of the Homeland Security Investigations, United States Secret Service, FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the United States Secret Service.
