Attorney Jay R. Rooth Announces Co-Authorship of Legal Publication
February 17, 2012 — Jay R. Rooth, a founding Partner at Orlando-based criminal defense firm Moses and Rooth, is pleased to announce his co-authorship of a recent publication titled Strategies For Defending Identity Theft Cases.
The book, which is published by Aspatore Book Publication, features a compilation of articles and chapters written by experienced and respected criminal defense attorneys from throughout the country. This particular legal title provides an insider’s perspective on defending clients accused of identity theft and helps the reader navigate the laws surrounding these crimes.
Contributing co-author Jay R. Rooth composed a chapter for the book titledIdentity Fraud Defense: Understanding the Facts Better Than the Prosecution.The additional attorney authors elaborate on other identity frauds issues such as how the crime is committed, the technologies generally involved and the strategies lawyers can utilize when establishing a defense.
