Criminal Defense Attorney Jay R. Rooth Announces Co-Authorship of Legal Publication
July 11, 2012 — Jay R. Rooth, a founding Partner at Orlando-based criminal defense firm Moses and Rooth, is pleased to announce his co-authorship of a new publication titled Strategies For Defending Domestic Violence Cases.
The book consists of a collection of chapters and articles composed by seasoned criminal defense attorneys from throughout the country, and is being published by Aspatore Book Publication.
This noteworthy legal title provides an insider’s perspective on defending clients accused of domestic violence and helps the reader navigate the laws related to these crimes. Contributing co-author Jay R. Rooth has written a chapter in the book titled Credibility Strategies for an Incredible Defense.
Jay R. Rooth has focused his practice on criminal defense law with extensive experience in the trial divisions across Central Florida, including County and Circuit Courts in Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit. As a former Assistant State Attorney he is able to provide his clients with a unique insight from both sides of the legal system.
