Aggressive Drug Charge Defense Legal Help From Former Prosecutors in Central Florida
Some people facing meth trafficking charges were involved, on some level, with the sale of illegal drugs. Many, however, face this heightened charge due simply to the possession of drugs in a high enough amount that they are suspected of selling or trafficking the drug.
At the Orlando, Florida, law firm of Moses and Rooth Attorneys at Law, we understand the confusion that can occur when you are charged with meth trafficking. Perhaps you had just enough drugs for your personal use. Perhaps you attempted to sell a small amount of drugs to an undercover police officer. Perhaps the drugs in question weren't even yours.
Firm attorneys Andrew Moses and Jay R. Rooth bring more than 15 years of combined experience to your meth trafficking case. Just as importantly, both lawyers are former prosecutors. We have handled many drug trafficking cases, including meth and cocaine trafficking cases, from both sides of the law. The result is a unique perspective, highly knowledgeable legal counsel and a long track record of success.
